I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store. I ordered a waffle, expecting it to be freshly made, as Prima Deli is known for serving waffles straight from the spit upon request. However, when I received my order, the waffle was cold, and it was clear that it had been made prior to my order.
I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, asking for a freshly made waffle. However, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff responded in an unprofessional manner, even making a sarcastic remark in front of me. One staff member even passed the cold waffle to another and asked, "Cold, meh?" in a dismissive tone. This interaction was frustrating and demonstrated a lack of customer care.
I have always enjoyed Prima Deli’s waffles, but this experience has left me disappointed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that all staff provide better service and uphold the quality standards that your brand is known for.

Terrible. It failed three times before they finally made this soft pancake, unlike Prima Deli's crispy and fluffy ones. All this, despite waiting through the three failed attempts! So disappointed. Will never buy again. 😪

"Staff should be trained on basic food hygiene, especially when making waffles. If staff can't refrain from talking while preparing food, then they should wear a mask."

"Bad customer service. My dad bought the pandan cake on March 22nd around 7pm and checked the expiry date in the shop, only to find that it expired the next day, March 23rd. He wanted to exchange the cake, but all the other cakes of the same type had the same expiry date. He then wanted to buy a more expensive cake instead, but the staff said they couldn't because it was already keyed into the system. Later, my mom called the shop to complain, but they said they had already told my dad. However, when asked whether they actually informed him, they said they don't keep track of expiry dates, but also said they don't sell expired items? This doesn't make sense, because if you don't keep track, then how do you know when something has expired? How do you know when to remove it from the shelf to avoid selling expired items? Honestly, it's so disappointing because the waffles they sell are quite nice. They should at least let the customer know before they pay for it, or reduce the price... This customer service is really not good. I would say I hope to see an improvement, but we don't plan on buying from here again, though I hope they improve for the sake of other customers."

I purchased a pandan fudge cake around 7 pm on March 22nd. After paying for the cake, but before leaving the shop, I checked the expiry date and saw it was March 23rd. I immediately requested an exchange, as we wouldn't be able to finish the cake within a day. The other pandan fudge cakes also had the same expiry date. I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive cake with an expiry date of March 25th. The sales lady refused, saying I had already paid and the transaction was keyed into their system. Doesn't Prima Deli inform their customers when cakes are expiring the next day before selling them? Is their system really so inflexible that it can't accommodate a change?
