The online pictures for the gentleman's cut ($30) clearly state that it includes a hair wash. I took my 16-year-old son there and opted for this cut instead of the cheaper student cut ($15), hoping for a better experience. I left him and went out. When he returned, I learned that he didn't get a hair wash at all. I called the salon, feeling cheated, and they just explained that the service doesn't come with a hair wash and that the online post was old. I feel deceived, and honestly, it wasn't worth the $30 that was paid. This is quite unacceptable, and I'm never going to return again.
