"First time visiting, based purely on Google reviews. It was an organic visit, and I was well pleased with the services rendered. I spoke to both doctors, and was attended to by Dr. Paul. I have a pinched nerve issue in my right arm, with numbness and tingling sensations ranging to unbearable aching. Dr. Paul pressed slightly on my shoulder, which was very painful. During acupuncture, after a needle or two, he checked the same spot he had pressed, and there was no more pain. He explained that the treatment needs follow-up and that there may be healing crises, like increased pain, etc., along with the herbal medicine. The next day, my arm was much better, so I will return for follow-up to unknot all the circulation for a rejuvenated arm. It's a new premises, clean and spacious. There was no waiting line when I visited around 10 am on Monday. During treatment, other patients arrived and were all greeted by the friendly doctors, so there were no nasty or rude clinic assistants! Lol!"

"Went to the Elias Mall location and was treated by Dr. Paul. I loved his excellent service. He was very good with the acupoints, and my severe knot in my neck felt instant relief. Alice at the front desk was very polite and kind. I would highly recommend this place for any ailments and will definitely be returning. I'm glad I found them."

Showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and even used Google Translate to explain what I wanted, as she's from China and doesn't have a basic understanding of English. Initially, she said she understood. She charged me $14 instead of $12. When I asked for it shorter, she started scolding me in Mandarin and handled my head roughly when she wanted me to tilt it. She showed attitude and cut my hair to NOT what I wanted. It's an uneven, layered cut. Super rude staff. And there was NO ONE waiting after me. I had to go to another shop to get it cut properly, and they were able to do it the way I initially requested. Even the other shop said the haircut was bad, like someone wasn't happy to cut it and just cut it any old way.

A Chinese lady was the only person there, tinkering with her mobile phone in the empty salon. When I asked if I could get a haircut, she replied sarcastically, with a thick accent, that she only opened the store and didn't do haircuts. I wouldn't trust my hair to this lady. Avoid at all costs!

Went to Elias Mall and would highly recommend *not* going there for hair color. The lady attending was very, very rude and rough. She didn't color the grey hair well and seemed to be in a rush to attend to all the customers. She kept aiming the hair dryer directly on my scalp, and it got burnt. I stopped her so many times, but she didn't seem to care.

The most horrible experience at Haig Road. When I wanted to explain what I wanted for the haircut, this lady kept saying, "I KNOW, I KNOW..." quite rudely! I kept quiet and let her cut my hair. It turned out IT'S BLOODY WRONG... And her excuse was, "I've been doing this for 40 years already..." I got really angry and told her that she wasn't listening to her customer and that she was super rude. I will never visit this shop again. There is NO STANDARD whatsoever! Please, save your money and go to a better salon, because the damage is real...

Nope. If you want to have a say in how your hair looks, don't come here. I asked for a short haircut, but the hairdresser styled and cut it according to her own ideas. I kept asking for a shorter cut, but she insisted that she wouldn't cut my hair any shorter. The staff was also rude. If you want a quick and uneven haircut, you can come here. You'll be in and out within 5 minutes.

Went for a haircut and highlights. It was such a terrible experience. The color didn't show up at all, and when I asked about it, she simply said it was because my hair color was too dark, and that's why the color couldn't be seen. A waste of my money and time. I don't recommend this place at all. Located at Ang Mo Kio Ave 4, 632A.

"I went to the West Plaza Pasir Ris branch because it's the most convenient location for me at that price point. The haircut was normal, as my hair is just straight. Still, it was OK, and the staff were fine. I haven't tried their styling services. Also, note that if the haircut session is longer, it might cost up to 14 SGD."

Went to the AMK 600 plus branch. I should have known better with a $10 haircut. What could I expect from it, right? The lady wasn't too friendly. I told her what I wanted, but she kept saying, "Hah? Hah? Hah?" I kept my expectations low. The shop itself felt dirty. But I know I won't be going to such a cheap salon anymore. This was because I was waiting for my tablet to be fixed in front of the shop and I needed something to do while waiting.
