"Very easy to operate machines and not a very crowded place, though it was still busy."

Conveniently located in Elias Mall shopping centre, and situated beside a supermarket, I was able to do my grocery shopping while waiting for my laundry. Services are reasonably priced, with clean and easy-to-use washers and dryers. I was very pleased with the detergent's after-wash scent.

"Shifted to Pasir Ris last July. After reading reviews for clinics in Elias Mall, I decided to try K B Tan Clinic. Dr. Chen is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I've decided this will be our family clinic from now on."

"I don't know if it's due to past bad reviews, but the counter staff seemed okay, and were actually polite during my visit. Dr. Chen is as friendly and warm as his dad. I even learned two things from him today. He's patient and willing to take the time to share information. One star off because I think the overall fee is a bit expensive; I'm not sure if it's because I haven't visited a private doctor in a long time and this is the current price."

I have been seeing Dr. Tan for 20 years, and he has witnessed my children growing up. Dr. Tan is very kind, honest, and caring toward his patients. He never asks us to take unnecessary tests; he even once advised me that I didn't need to spend money, as he saw that all was fine. The consultation fee is also very reasonable. He also refers us to specialists who share the same values. He is just as the words in this photo describe: a good and kind doctor. Thank you, Dr. Tan; we are blessed to have you as our family doctor.

I don't know, I just feel disappointed. It felt like the doctor lacked warmth and empathy. I walked into the room without being greeted with "How are you feeling?" or "How can I help you?". I had to explain my condition, and he didn't ask many questions. The consultation ended in just a minute, with no closing like "Take care," "Thank you," or "Get well soon." I just felt my concern and discomfort were simply dismissed.

Dr. Tan has been our family's doctor for many years. He's the most ethical doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely professional and experienced, and he always charges reasonably. We feel very assured in his capable hands. He has our gratitude, always.

"My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tan for 20+ years. He's one of the most ethical doctors around. Now that his son, Dr. Chen, is taking over the day shift, he's just as patient and nice as Dr. Tan. The prices remain the same and are considered low compared to other GPs in the area."

The doctors in this clinic are good and provide amazing health care. They explain things in detail if you have any questions, and they have a good therapeutic relationship with patients. They are very caring, and my family and I have been visiting this clinic since we moved to Pasir Ris.

"(Helping an uncle give this review.) He went there after making an appointment and consulting with them, but it was very expensive, and he wasn't properly told what the stated price included. He said that the main problem wasn't treated and he had to pay $500 more to resolve the main issue he went there for. I'm not sure if there was just a miscommunication or what, but hopefully my uncle learned his lesson; he should always ask questions properly and not be afraid to say he doesn't want to go through with the treatment. I told him he should go to the dermatologist at Kovan (near YMCA kindergarten) because that doctor is reputable, and friends I know who went there highly recommend the place."
