"A very overpriced bike shop. The owner and boss are very rude and ignore me when I request their help. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get them to repair my wheel. Most of the staff are rude as well, and give me a "you're annoying" look."
"Go to any bike shop but here. The uncle is damn rude, especially the bald one. And the way he looks at people, like he wants to quit his job! Damn overpriced, but the biggest problem is the staff; they're very rude. In summary: don't come here unless you want to pay a lot and be spoken to by rude uncles."
"During the massage, the staff was chatting. Each time I was about to doze off, I would be roused awake by their conversation. One of them even used his mobile phone while massaging a customer lying face down. I won't be going back. Please improve your service. I visited the location at Elias Mall."
"Spacious massage place located on the 2nd level of Elias Mall. It's clean and smells good, too. Though it's an open concept, customers remain fully clothed and are covered with towels for an added layer of privacy. The male masseuse was dedicated and asked about my problematic areas to provide a targeted massage. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and it's usually fully booked over the weekend."
Went to Donglin and received a foot massage from the short Chinese lady wearing gloves. Halfway through the massage, I felt a sharp pain in my right calf and asked if enough oil or cream was being used. She gave several reasons for not applying more. Is oil or cream really that expensive now? When she finally added more, the pain became more bearable. The foot massage was also poor; my toes weren't massaged at all, and the sole of my right foot was "overdone" to the point where I felt constant pain. When I got home, my right calf was badly bruised, and my left calf showed some bruising as well. Attached are photos of my calves and the sole of my right foot after the session. This one-star rating is specifically for the short Chinese lady in gloves. If I could, I would give her a negative star. Donglin, please do something to maintain your standards.
Affordable and good quality massage, my go-to place.
Edit: Revisited. Service quality has dropped a lot since they hired new staff. The masseur kept burping and kept pressing on bones instead of muscles, and was sometimes abruptly forceful. Imagine an untrained but strong masseur.
"Their regular masseurs are friendly and consistently good. However, sometimes they need additional manpower and get some part-timers or freelancers, then it's a roll of the dice whether they can perform well."
