I had a full body massage. The masseur, Wan Li, is experienced. Though petite, she made good use of her strength and acupuncture points to relieve my weariness!

Needed an urgent purchase, but the store closed earlier than expected. Couldn’t talk to anyone about it, as I already knew what I wanted to buy. Unlucky for me. They should have either posted or adjusted the operating hours to 21:50. Wasted my time and effort rushing down.

There is a female staff member named Liang who is unprofessional in handling customer needs. She's loud and extremely rude. In my opinion, if an employer pays peanuts, they get monkeys! Pet Lovers Centre at Elias Mall doesn't deserve even one star!

"On Saturday, January 9th, 2021, I spent $137 on several items. They included two sample packs of Fish 4 Dogs for my dogs to try. I fed it to them at 7pm that night, and my youngest dog started vomiting more than seven times. My older dog started vomiting around 2am, doing so more than three times. Both dogs also had diarrhea. I sent a complaint to Pet Lovers Centre via WhatsApp and Facebook, and the only response I received was "sorry." After what my dogs went through, just "sorry"? I'm seriously disappointed!"

"Heavy stuff, and I hate that no plastic bags are given to customers every Wednesday. If you buy one from them, it's 20 cents. I had to carry canned foods today and go home."
