I went to Oei Family Clinic for the first time because of menstrual cramps. Dr. Oei is a very friendly and funny doctor who made me feel comfortable, and he was very hospitable. He gave me my medication and made me laugh a lot! His assistant was very nice as well. I visited in December, nearing Christmas, and the place was very well decorated with Christmas ornaments. Overall, I had a very good experience at Oei Family Clinic and will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Oei. <3

The doctor and nurses were very kind and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The clinic is very clean and comfortable; I would definitely recommend coming here if you are unwell! Plus, the decorations are so cute! Bonus: They're open throughout the day, which is rare for a clinic! You don't have to feel pressured about what time you must arrive or wonder if they're closed.

I went to see Dr. Oei for an ear infection. The doctor examined me slowly and patiently, carefully assessing my pain. He used a camera scope to confirm the diagnosis and explained everything clearly. Despite my discomfort, he managed to lighten the mood with his humor, which made the experience much more pleasant. Dr. Oei’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend him!

It looks vibrant from afar, even before you enter the clinic. The entrance features bright ceiling lights and curtains on both sides. Once inside, the clinic looks bright with its painted white walls and seats with soft cushions. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Extremely accommodating and patient doctor. Very friendly and easy to talk to about my concerns! The only thing to note is that the washroom is not located within the clinic.
