I had my wisdom tooth extracted this morning by Dr. Lim. As usual, he was very professional and explained the procedure to me in detail and clearly. What's more important is that I find he runs an honest practice, and the charges are reasonable and clear. His assistant, Bee Tin, is also helpful and efficient. If only I could give a 6-star rating!

Not a very pleasant experience. My parents recommended this place for braces, saying the doctor was experienced and they had good experiences there. As other reviews mentioned, the doctor is patient. However, the moment I opened my mouth, the doctor said the process would be too complicated for my teeth and I should see a specialist instead. Then, he gave me the contact information for a specialist, even though I didn't ask for it. The entire process took only around five minutes, and all I got from the consultation was a referral to a specialist. Then, I was charged $30 by the receptionist for this five-minute consult, which I didn't gain anything from. If I were actually getting braces here, I wouldn't mind paying $30 or more. But I'm a student, and thinking about how I wasted $30 that could have been spent on something else is frustrating. After the consult, I saw a piece of paper that said, "$30-$40 for consults less than 10 minutes." So, the price is apparently fixed, but there really should be exceptions for cases like this; I expected it to be $10, since I literally didn't get any help.

Just had a tooth extracted. It was painless, and the doctor explained clearly what steps he was going to take and the possible options. The price was reasonable; the extraction was $120 and the X-ray was $35.

"I second that Dr. Lim is a very patient and friendly doctor. He was very diligent with the scaling and polishing, too, and the cost was relatively reasonable. It was $110 after not having polishing done for over two years."

Dr. Lim is a good and skillful dentist who is patient. He deserves a 5-star award.

"The best Taiwanese beef noodle in Singapore. I've been eating their beef noodle almost every week since discovering this place. It never disappoints: the beef is tender with bits of tendon, the broth is light and tasty, and the pickled vegetables in the soup are a great addition. The portion size is also generous. Today we also tried their 'lu rou fan' (braised minced pork rice), which was also delicious: the meat was tender, the gravy was flavorful, and the pickled vegetables that came with the dish were a really good complement. My husband also likes it. We'll be coming here often."

"The portion sizes are generous, so it's worth it for the price. The oyster mee sua and beef noodle are nice. The pork leg is spicy, which is good. The Ru rou fan (braised pork rice) tastes average."

Minced Meat Rice ($5.90): Great portion size and good flavor. The braised meat can contain tendons. Noodles do not pair well with the dish. The fried fish cutlet seems over-fried and doesn't go well with its sauce.
