I've lived in Singapore for more than 10 years, and I always come to this 7-Eleven to top up my Dash Singtel. However, since the staff change, there's an older lady who is really rude and not friendly. I tried to pay $10, giving her five $2 notes. Even though there weren't many people or a long queue – it was just me inside – she said she couldn't accept it. Hello, I'm paying with money, not stealing! Also, I haven't been able to send money to Indonesia on time; it's been rejected three times on different days. They always say there's trouble, trouble, and can't, can't, can't. Today, I wanted to top up my Dash Singtel, and she said I needed to wait until 3:30 PM. Another staff member told me to come back by 3:00 PM. I purposely waited outside the door. After that, I saw someone else top up their Singtel Dash with no trouble. My patience is gone. I was angry, and I told the staff, "This aunty is not good. Every time I want to top up my Singtel Dash, she says she can't. I've been rejected three times already, you know! Don't tell me it's trouble or maintenance. I waited outside and saw no trouble. Look at the website; many people complain about her."

The service there is good, but they should have student pricing. In fact, all 7-Elevens should offer it, as students like to go there after school.

"Horrible service. The staff member working on January 26th at 7:30 PM, I wanted to redeem my Lumihealth $5 voucher. I activated the QR code for her to scan, but she told me I couldn't redeem the $5. I insisted that I could because I saw the list of participating merchants. She kept insisting that it was not possible, so I ended up paying full price. After I paid, she said I could redeem it, but my QR code was going to expire in 30 seconds. I asked her to try to see if she could let me redeem my $5, but she didn't even bother. She told me to keep the QR code and redeem it elsewhere next time. How can I redeem it if the QR code already expired? Terrible, wasted my $5 voucher. Poor attitude, and she blamed me for not saying I wanted to redeem the voucher(?)"

"Please train your staff properly! When trying to withdraw money using SoCash here, instead of trying to help, he just kept telling me it was the “wrong code.” Very rude."

We asked the staff where the Ribena was, and she refused to tell me, saying I should look for it myself. When there wasn't any, I immediately left. Very rude and poor attitude. Will never come back.

"The night staff was very rude and shouted at me as if I wasn't going to pay for my food. Please fire him."

The old man is consistently rude and grumpy.

"It's a simple clinic, but it's complete. Dr. Lim has been providing dental treatments for my whole family for two years now. He has steady and gentle hands. The services are not overpriced compared to other dental clinics. I've been in Singapore for over a decade, and so far, this is the only clinic that convinced me to get a root canal, knowing it's expensive, but it was worth it."

I've been a patient of Dr. Lim Wee Beng for almost 20 years, since I was in polytechnic. He's been a really awesome dentist! Very patient and friendly, and he cleans your teeth thoroughly. He gives the most genuine advice and doesn't charge you unnecessarily. His charges have always been reasonable. I go for scaling and polishing yearly, and it costs me about $70 - $85. Their dental assistants are great too! Although I moved to Woodlands 10 years ago, I still come back to him faithfully for all my dental treatments.

Dr. Lim is very meticulous and always puts the patient's comfort first. I had bad experiences with dentists when I was young, but I no longer have those fears because Dr. Lim has always been very precise and skilled. The clinic staff are also very friendly and helpful! I've had my braces and wisdom tooth extraction done here, and I highly recommend it.
