iTea offers good value and variety. It could be better, though, if not for LiHo, who really spoiled the market with their $2 milk teas. This particular outlet can be a little slow during peak periods. Perhaps the workflow, setup, or team isn't ideal here. The quality of drinks is... well, iTea-ish. Being the only bubble tea shop in the area, it's just enough to satisfy desperate cravings.

Ordered two drinks. The Honey Green Tea was okay. The Fresh Lemon Green Tea, however, was horrible. It tasted like they squeezed four lemons into one medium cup of tea. Really, really sour.

"The staff there are really nice! 🥰 I've been buying from this outlet ever since I moved nearby. They always remember my orders. I remember the time one of the new part-timers keyed in my go-to order incorrectly. I was too shy to say anything, but one of the full-time staff noticed it and changed it for me. It feels like I don't even have to tell them my order! 🥰 Great staff, short waiting time, and exceptional service! 💞💞"
