Waited around two hours to see the doctor, as there were quite a few people ahead of me, which is understandable. Then, waited nearly 20 minutes for my medication. Compared to other clinics, this one is the slowest. 😅

I have been using this clinic since I moved to Pasir Ris in 1999. I think the clinic needs more flexibility in seeing patients. I saw the doctor on Monday with early signs of a UTI. The doctor told me to return if I developed a fever. Two days later, my fever spiked at 39.3°. I called the clinic to see if I could make an appointment, since I am a repeat patient with the same illness. I was told I couldn't, as they only accept walk-ins. I arrived at the clinic early, at 1:50 pm, before the official opening. I was then told that I had to wait another two hours! I think some flexibility could be practiced when a repeat patient is requesting an appointment. I went to the clinic next door and was seen immediately.

Reyna, Hamidah, and Mariz are friendly, caring, and helpful to all patients. They always explain medications and any instructions in detail at the front end. I would like to show my appreciation for the staff and doctors at this clinic, especially Dr. Lawrence Lam, who is meticulous, professional, and patient. Though the waiting times can sometimes be long, I feel the care I receive is worth it.

I've been coming to this GP clinic for a while now, and I always return because of the excellent service. Dr. Phoon is highly skilled and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel confident in the treatment. The staff are also very helpful; they always explain my medications and any instructions in detail. While the wait times can sometimes be long, I feel the care I receive is worth it. Overall, a great clinic with a caring and professional team!
