"I'm extremely disappointed with the service, especially with the agent, Dawn, who was assigned to me. I wanted to hire a Myanmar helper, but she pushed for a Filipino helper instead. I asked her to send me all available profiles, regardless of nationality, but it took her a couple of days to send them. After sending a video of the interview, I had to ask her again for the profile. There were a lot of hiccups with the helper we selected. When I informed her about the issues, she suggested we send the helper back, since there was a problem. She then sent me a lot of profiles for a new helper. I did inform her that I wanted to take a break, as the helper was causing a lot of issues for us. Dawn asked us to buy tickets to send the helper back to the Philippines, and we did. She asked us to send the helper back to the agency for some paperwork before sending her to the airport. In the end, she convinced us to let the helper stay and transfer to another employer. The helper mistreated my child, and the agent was aware of the situation. We agreed to let her transfer, provided she wasn't sent to someone with children. Yet, they transferred her to a family with a child. The response I got back was, "What to do? She (the helper) wants to take care of children; let her be." This really surprised me! She also informed us that she would reimburse the air ticket money. The helper has not been with me since early November, and until now, we have not received any money from her. When I text her, she refuses to reply! Please avoid this agent! Irresponsible! Not trustworthy! If I could give zero stars, I would!"

Terrible service from Rebecca. She was unresponsive and did not provide full details, and she tried to hide information and change the topic when asked specific questions. I strongly discourage anyone from using this agent, especially if you are hiring a helper for the first time. She prioritizes closing the deal and doesn't seem to care about the well-being of either the employer or the helper. I'm surprised she is the branch manager, as the other staff in the branch were more helpful. The helper (initials - A.T.) was addicted to her phone when hired to care for my infant. She would be on her phone in bed, and she even left a pot burning while my child was sleeping a few meters away from the kitchen. I was on a work call when the whole house filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off. I informed Rebecca about this, and she didn't comment or assist in any way. The attached photo shows the burnt pot, even after attempting to wash it several times.

We were served by Dawn, and she was very patient and meticulous in helping us choose a suitable helper. She explained the process well and was upfront about what was required. Recommended if you need help finding an FDW for your household needs.
