I ordered a regular size pizza, but when it arrived, it looked like a personal pizza. The cinnamon bread also looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. The amount of fries was way less than expected. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S!!! #DominoSingapore

"Preordered 6 hours in advance for a birthday party, and BOTH of our 12-inch pizzas are the wrong flavors! We always order the same menu items. I called a lot of times, but no one answered. Is this your business etiquette? This will be our last purchase. Doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating for this."

I couldn't find a zero-star option, so I'm giving it one star. This was the worst food we've ever had. 1. The garlic bread wasn't even baked properly. We ordered two and didn't even eat a single piece. 2. The pizzas were only half-made. Please make sure to serve good food to attract customers. This is my last order 😡 Note: We had the same thing at the Domino's in Expo and loved it, but here it was the worst – it's hard to even explain how bad it was.

"Ordered two large pizzas and received two pizzas that weren't the usual size we always get. The crusts are getting thicker and thicker, with very few ingredients in the middle. Wasn't able to track the order and was prompted to rate the service even before receiving the pizzas 😶‍🌫️"

"Ordered through Grab and then received a message saying my order was being delivered by Foodpanda. It turned out that when the food arrived, it was someone else's order! A totally different order. I tried to call their number, but the line was busy the whole time; I couldn't even get through. Horrible."
